Building Commonwealth Games Worlds in Room 19

Today our class began researching the facilities and venues at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games that might be easily overlooked.

Using our day with technology each child chose two Games events to focus on. Then they collected photos showing the physical venue and its functional features in detail.

Using the Minecraft app a lead team negotiator led their individual groups and decided which of the sports events to put on their Minecraft "worlds".

Despite the school's network being unstable in Room 19, the class still managed to construct some rather impressive structures that reflected the research done in the early part of the day.
